May I be open to the unknown as I let go of the known

A portrait of a person with long dark hair, wearing a knit cardigan, smiling softly at the camera.

Some of my earliest memories are about an awareness and curiosity of death and dying - what I’ve come to understand as an intimacy. Dying is a truth that we all share, an inevitable factor of life. As I have aged and broadened my understanding of myself, through relationships, awareness, meditation, and contemplation, I have discovered an affinity for being with others during their dying process. If you’re curious about mortality, or looking for support in the dying process, I’d be humbled to share my presence with you.

I offer services on a sliding scale. I also offer a free 30 minute initial consultation.

I am committed to serving all beings at the end of life. If resources are a concern, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

Amy Elizabeth Porter

“Connecting with Amy was a soul-filled balm of hope. Amy offered a compassionate listening session where she truly allowed authenticity to arise from her gentle invitation to 'invite the body along with the breath' as reminders to create space. She was aligned with a deep core of holding awareness with all the emotions that arose. One feels hope when one feels heard. Amy validated the experience of the heart and was attentive with an intentional caring spirit. Her personal and professional insight to this wonderment of death is a balm to the grieving heart. Amy's kindness is felt beyond the conversation; she is a radiant human being with a skill for providing comfort in time of need.”
